Called customer service before hand explaining everything and said it should be fine and straight forward getting fit to work note. Seen doctor and doctor said something totally opposite and did not get fit to work as doctor didnt seem to understand i need it due to my job role. Even though i was willing to pay for it. Tried ringing customer service after and get a error message saying "this re-direction does not exist". Not happy. Live chat service is poor.
Installed and registered for the missus. They stick the NHS sign on their ads but it's a con. They issue private prescriptions and can't do NHS referrals. Appointments are delayed up to 30 minutes. Prescription never came through until chased. Referral discussed in original appointment was later confirmed in second appointment as nothing mote than a suggestion we go to a NHS doc and ask for tests. Our second doc had such poor internet we had to do a web chat and we were billed extra for the overrun. AVOID AVOID. Go to a normal NHS GP
Cost a are quite clear upfront, and yes it costs more than the NHS but you pay for convenience. I got an appointment in 5 mins, my bus doctor is shut today and tomorrow so I would have had to go to a walk in centre and wait for hours. Prescription is on its way. Couldn't ask for a more convenient service
This is not a service to go to with a broken tooth for pain management... Being advised to see my GP or dentist for a script is not worth £20 in my opinion... The quote from the doctor "I really need to see you in person to make an informed decision" says it all really... Nice idea but sadly disappointing.
This has a long way to go to be a viable service. The marketing is all about how easy it is and how quick. 4 hours struggling with different devices and versions of browsers which all work OK for other apps. When I did get through to a doctor it got interrupted and I couldn't reconnect to same doctor. The wait times are worse than the NHS, over an hour from apt. time booked. I have now paid 2 consultation fees when they didn't fulfil! Will now try to claim money back! More time wasted !
Really terrible. Long queues. I was waiting over an hour even though it said my appointment was in 10 minutes and then it took £20 from me and said I'd seen a doctor online when I hadn't! Customer service is very slow too. Strongly not recommended
