Ratings and reviews

The app is ok, but it would be better if there were an in app option to send your request to a different provider if the one you've been matched with is unresponsive after a certain amount of time. Having to contact customer service via email or wait seven days for your request to cancel out is excessive and delays care.

​I had a very frustrating experience with this telehealth service and do not recommend it. The consultation itself was not helpful, and it felt like their primary goal was to string me along for multiple appointments for the exact same concern. To make matters worse, I was hit with extra fees after the fact that were never disclosed upfront. Save your money and time.

Great way to communicate with physicians. Yes one must be a "patient patient" because the doc is taking care of others too, but at least this app gives you a direct line to your doc. Plus since you are not talking to the doctor real-time they too have time to research stuff before answering ( ie they ain't shooting from the hip). Also app easy to use/intuitive/basic -- does what it says it does. Bottom line: This experience has been good to me!
