Ratings and reviews

This app worked great for awhile, and it continues to execute recurring transactions, but I cannot edit those recurring transactions. It constantly buffers when trying to do so, and I have to close the app to get out. I have restarted the phone and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. Something must have broke with the last update.

The app works great, no issues. Only trouble is that even if you have fingerprint turned off, it prompts you for it evey single time. Since moving to android 12, now I get 2 prompts and an error message. It's incredibly irritating, as I do not want to use a fingerprint for something that needs to be secure. It would also be nice if there was some sort of login. Right now it's just a phone number and text, so literally anyone with access to your phone/number can access your account.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this app and website. I spent hours setting up to give to a church last year. I want to give to a different church & it has led me down a rabbit hole. Forced to put app on phone and now it is not working. FAQ searches are not helping. I can't "find" the church I am giving to on 1 profile on another or the new one either. Keeps telling me to: go on wifi - I am on wifi; to enable location - I did. Wants me to submit a ticket and wait to tithe.
