PUSH is a revolutionary way to measure your performance in the gym and track your progress over time.
The PUSH system - a device worn on the forearm & app - measures velocity to gauge how well you’re moving during weight-training. The speed at which you move is a critical indicator of how ready or fatigued your body is on a particular day, PUSH allows you to optimize your workouts. Instead of over-training or under-training, you’ll have the metrics that are critical to reach your athletic potential. Based on a growing body of research and scientific principles, PUSH has the ability to analyze your performance and provide recommendations that are specific to you and your training goal.
With PUSH, training performance is not just about much you can lift, but how well you can lift. Tracking power output and total work will level the playing field with your friends and teammates while providing you insightful trends that visualize your changes in performance over time.
The metrics highlighted by PUSH have been used for years by some of the biggest sport teams and organizations around the world. Because PUSH is mobile, accurate and affordable, anyone can measure their performance and improve their game.

It's ok, but needs more exercises. Doesn't really have any exercises that I do in the gym for example: pectoral cable rows (standing and seated), shrugs (barbell and d/bell) just to name a couple. Would also be really good if you could enter what your doing yourself manually

Doesn't work at all with Android 7.0. Was upset before to find out that it Push will no longer roll out any Android updates, but am absolutely furious that it is now completely unusable because it crashes upon opening. I would be happy if there were no further improvements to the actual program but there needs to a fix so that it actually works on Android 7.0. This is borderline theft. I realize that only 15 percent of push users are android based but to completely disregard us is appalling.

Don't buy if you have an android device. But needs to update android app instead of only focusing on ios. (Reply from push ) Hi Richard, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don't have any news I can share about updates on the Android side. As a company, we have focused our development onto our iOS App since a larger majority of our users use that system (more than 85%). In the short term, our development efforts will continue on iOS. That isn't to say that we will never get back to developing our Android App, but I ca

Was excited about the 3.0 update I read about in the newsletter. Saw it was out on the website, then noticed the only link is for iTunes. Read the other reviews. Looks like no more android updates. Works okay, but wouldn't recommend if you use android.
Depleted my monthly data plan I though the app was bug free and today I've noticed that the app used 500Mb of background data! I have enabled the only WiFi option. I'm really mad!

So I was one of the crowd funding supporters of this product and I had stopped using it for what ended up being a long while as I felt the app quite frankly needed work and intended to come back to it after they had done that as I like the principle of VBT. I reinstalled the app a few weeks ago and needless to say I was pissed when it would no longer open. Not really surprised though as the crowd funding process and receipt of the product was a pain in the ass. Them no longer even supporting the app is comically stupid from a business and PR perspective and I will probably end up throwing the thing in the trash and never supporting any of their ventures in the future. I'll recommend the same to everyone I know.

No more Android updates..... The product is great, except you have effectively killed my ability to ever recommend it to Android users as you have told me you are no longer updating the app. I'm glad PUSH is getting notoriety in the industry, but I shouldn't have to buy an apple device to use all of the features. At this point, you need to be more up front with people in your marketing lest they think they are paying $289 for a full featured item, when they are not.
Doesn't work with Android 7 Sad that I bought a fitness trainer and it does not work. Not even a little. $150 pretty much thrown out.
Awesome I use it daily i have 3 push bands i use with athletes and myself. If you use your brain the app can do what needs to be done. Like edit weights after sets a list of favorites and SUPER AWESOME DOWNLOADS FOR THE SCIENCE GEEKS INTO EXCEL from the web account option!! With tonns of info. If you want more exercises in the app like cable curls and preacher curls and what not.... This is not for you! This is about power strength and performance improvement for serious strength and conditioning coaches and trainers or someone really wanting optimize physical performance using VBT (velocity based training)
So you ignore 80% of the people who own phones because you can't be bothered continued developin g for Android. I am a Strength and Conditioning coach and i bought my Push band before it was released. I don't use it now with myself or my Athletes due to this disregard of Android
Been using this on Android since day 1 and enjoyed it. Stopped working completely with Android 7 on my S8 and came to realise they're aware and literally don't care about 15% of their customer base....appaling.
It used to be awesome. But now that Android is not supported it's a rather expensive paperweight. Definitely can't recommend
No android updates ANDROID USERS SHOULD NOT BUY. Outdated product that doesn't update.
The app doesn't work anymore on my new android device... So it was a great product but now I can't use it anymore.
Doesn't work on Android 7.0, please update the app, it's been 2 years!
Love it Simply gets better and better , I train alone, so it pushes you on and helps motivate
Stopped working after upgrade to Nougat...can you fix please?
I bought this when they supported Android, they no longer do... like a bait & switch. I'm out $200, thanks guys!
can't use it anymor it keep restarting since last update !!!!! now it is like a piece of plastic...
Often doesn't recognize when I've started a set. More manual entry than this device is picking up on its own. Exercises are not categorized, making them difficult to find. Needs a lot of improvement for the money.
Making progress I did a Deadlift set of 455 with an average power of 1713W. At the end of my session it calculated a PR of 206lbs at ~2000W. Might need some work on that calculation ;)
Still a work in progress Keep working on it, has promise. 1rm update is not working. Bummer
Still buggy and lacking features Still loses your set if your screen locks before you start your set and sometimes catches the set but at a previous weight with no way to manually update a weight. Needs the ability to create a super set within the app or at a minimum they need to add a clean and jerk as a single movement, could even break up the clean and the Jerk to 2 different velocities. Need the ability to highlight a set as a working set or a warmup set for when going back to review later on. Needs ability to have multiple users.
Minor flaws, but getting better This app does something nothing else can do.
Awesome program After figuring everything out, I noticed I can indeed make a favorites list and don't have to scroll through every workout every time. You can also repeat exercise sessions so that acts also like a favorites list, which is great. BUT I do wish there was a way to track calories during a workout. I know most people are using this for extreme training and probably couldn't care less, but as your regular person in the gym I would love to see my effort in calories. 5 stars if that makes the list!
Miss reps after update He start miss reps and change weight after the last update and I figure out its bad for delete sets /reps
Fantastic Works great! Velocity tracking is a great tool for monitoring progress.
Not ready yet... Disappointed. I'm going back to Jefit until improved.
Refining training PUSH has changed my training all together, very thankful for this affordable way to track my performance.
Great app but still needs improvements, noticed a flaw Got my PUSH band last week so I have been using it since. The app still needs some more features but it's pretty simple to use. I noticed one flaw which I'm going to try to resolve it myself. When the screen of my phone is off, the only thing the app will record and display are the sets. Unless I start and finish the set with the screen on, it won't record all of the stats during my lift. I don't have anything like Juice Defender that manages my radios either. Other than that, love the app, the band, and the concept. I look forward to the new improvements and features of this great product.
