I practice 1h ballet fitness routines every morning before work and added this app to my training togwther with a few others, for the evening workout. This one is a great complement to my daily routine. It helped me define and strengthen my arms. I have completed my Advanced level 2 on push-up challenge. Now, I don't know if I will repeat it now, or if I will try arms challenge, since I don't know much the difference... I will try both maybe :) Enjoy!
I tried beginner level 1 and at the start it's said 3 push ups which I thought it was ridiculous ( I could barely do 1 push-up). I struggled doing 3 push-ups and whent on everyday. Now I can do 15 push-ups! I highly recommend this app it has really done me good. 😀
Just wanted a workout It would be a great app if it wasn't for the constant barrage of Hillary Clinton adds. I understand that the app is free with the adds but Hillary Clinton? GTFO with that BS
Great for getting started or back into fitness. Several levels to choose from so you can start easy or go straight to balls out! I just got done rehabbing a knee surgery so beginner was nice to ease back into it. Did my 30 days, saw great improvement and ready for the next level!
Not very advanced I like the app and everything but im already past the advanced levels in your app. I recommend you make some a bit more challenging like making them go up to at least 100 push ups.
