It's a very good app and Bank but you don't need to put an extra digid and your password like a. But they won't tell you that until you trial-and-error it your self but it's user-friendly and easy to navigate and other banks are making it highly complicated to keep your own info but saturable Bank does everything locally so it comes as no surprise to me that it is a user friendly app

*Update: I changed it to 2 stars because the app started working but is extremely slow. It took me about 5 minutes to log in, then it was just loading for 10 minutes on a blank screen. I have yet to even see my account balance* PB was bought out and CB is advertising that online banking is now available after the update but the app won't even load past the new logo. Very disappointed, I was hoping for a smooth transition but unfortunately not yet at least.

This is a downgrade from Centreville's previous app. Slow, inefficient interface, and no instant balance feature. No on-line help. VERY UNHAPPY. To make it worse, the Putnam Bank reply is in error. After much searching, I found Fast Balances under Menu / Banking Services.
