I had made some purchases that all showed up on the app and I expected the available balance to show me the money taken from my account, duh. Based on this number, I withdrew most of the $$$. A few days later I checked my account, I had -138 dollars & 3 overdraft fees totaling $105. The transactions shown on the app apparently hadn't gone thru & the "available balance" means nothing. They stole this money from me. The app shows false or complicated information in order to get fees from poor ppl.

WORST app and account access I've ever used! It only shows account transaction history for the current statement period. System also randomly defaults and kicks out my fingerprint access, then I have to call in to reset my password; yes call, there isn't even a link to do this. Then you have to log in on a browser, not on the app. I'm sorry, but people use their phones and apps for everything now, and fingerprint access is far more secure than a password. Get with the times!

If a full featured and 24/7 reliable banking app is important to you, you probably don't want to bank here. If it wasn't such a pain, and if my branch weren't so conveniently located, I'd have closed my account already. I've about had it with this app's limitations and glitchiness.
