you guys need to fix the connection issue the game crashes so much now it's almost not able to be played it crashes so much for me I can't get on anymore this game was great till you all changed things now it won't stay connected it's not just me it happens around the world update: about to delete the app bc it hardly is able to keep ppl in rooms without crashing yall said u would work on it yet it's still doing it how hard is it to get the app back to the way it was 7-8 months ago!!!!

I used to love playing hr and I would spent my whole time playing it. Because the stuffs and everything else was cool. Not until they start updating hr and giving account bound items for events, no for now items are very doomed. I used to love doing event but eventually lose interest in it. Even worse than that the game started bugging and laggy which kicked you of the game. Tbh this update is really driving me crazy but I know more people stop playing hr because of these updates.

Newest update to the layout makes the game impossible to play. Since you're seemingly constantly loaded into a world instance in the background, it's constantly disconnecting resulting in you not being able to use other functions like the daily dress up because it won't stop losing connection to the world instance. It's highly frustrating
