Depositing checks in this app is so frustrating. I have to try and submit the deposit multiple times just to get it to go through without an error message. It always tells me that the memo may not be written on the back of the check when it is. Then, it'll give me an error and I'll have to back out and sometimes close the app completely before retrying.

Mobile deposits are irritating. Whatever system they added after the major update causes taking pictures for mobile deposits to be an irritating experience. To allow the system to accept my pictures, I found that its best if I ignore what it's asking me to do. If I follow the prompts with how it awkwardly auto rotates my camera and do what I tells me, it won't let me send the photo, but for some reason if I zoom in on the back AND NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF THE ENTIRE BACK, it works for some reason.

I previously rated the app 3 stars, and the bank 5. After the update of the app, purchases and transfers no longer lags. The purchase transaction was never a real issue, though. There's no fee for overdraft in the event it happens. Also I thought that I had to wait until the end of the month to receive my atm reimbursement. You do not. I feel good about NBKC, and if anyone have any issues, they really listen to customer feedback. I am not being paid to say this.
