Many aspects I truly appreciate that are offered. Especially since I am aware that it is a locally owned, relatively small, institution. I am on a first name basis with the woman in accounts that set me up with my account over 2 years ago and you cant beat local service. I must admit that is the only reason I have remained a client. I was told months ago that AIM would have the feature of samsung pay, but to date; out of the thousands of banks that participates AIM is not one of them. My second issue is the fact that I must use my card 20-25x per month to avoid a fee that is otherwise advertised as a free checking account. With credit cards, their ability to function with samsung pay and having a very limited income, this is very difficult save from making several small purchases within a month that is not worth the gas and usually purchases are found to be frivolous and not needed making it more costly to meet the 20-25 purchase requirements per month
mobile deposit freezing I tried 15 times to deposit a check. mobile deposit was not user friendly.
Never works, never goes past the login
Used to work They know it's broken, they should email or notification as to its their problem. I do believe we are moving our account elsewhere, not the first time this has happened. With an update on the past few weeks can't login. Call support, had me do a force stop on it. Worked a day.
The new update is horrible. I have only been able to actually log on one time in a week.
Won't login I gave only been able to login to my account once since the update. It says it's logging in but never actually does.
