It's a very unstable app, especially compared to other banks. The "deposit a check" doesn't work and got tired of it freezing. The bill pay is atrocious and the first flaw is that it cuts and sends a PAPER CHECK to T-Mobile! Imagine how outdated that is! The explanation I got is that if you choose ANY pay date, different than today, then a check gets mailed! Record screeching sound here! We have had quite a few mistakes with this app including bogus charges. So, 2 stars is generous.

The app is inconsistent. What the app shows in your account is rarely correct. The only time I've had an accurate account balance is when I have nothing coming out. The weekends are worse. Everything says pending and even that is incorrect. The bank itself is amazing but the app has cost me more than ever in overdraft fees. I know use a separate app, Mint, to help me budget and track my account accurately.

I've been using this app for a number of years now keeping track of my banking on the go, and it has been so useful and simple to navigate. However, this complete redesign has to be one of the most ill-advised and eye-straining changes I've ever seen an app do and it really needs to be rolled back. Nothing about the minimalistic icon nor the yellow and blue color mishmash says they considered what the average person thinks of when they talk of BNH.
