It normally works well and quickly brings up my transactions. I like that I can deposit checks with my camera, which works well. It is also nice being able to login with a fingerprint. However, sometimes when I open the app, it won't accept a fingerprint login. Other times it accepts the login but never loads the account list. The answer is always to close the app and reopen it, and it starts working. This has been true across different phones and different versions of the app.

worst app for saving passwords as well as well as applying debits to my online banking in a timely manner. I have had payments pending for up to four and five days. something needs to be done by their IT or computer room. checks do not show as pending in the online banking , they are processed without notice to Bank of Tennessee customers. Also my treasury department check is being held until the 2nd of the month and not processed until 11pm or later. Have recvd previously on 30th of month

I'm able to check my balance anytime. The app lists all the checks & dates that have cleared & ones pending. It's a wonderful safeguard.
