It normally works well and quickly brings up my transactions. I like that I can deposit checks with my camera, which works well. It is also nice being able to login with a fingerprint. However, sometimes when I open the app, it won't accept a fingerprint login. Other times it accepts the login but never loads the account list. The answer is always to close the app and reopen it, and it starts working. This has been true across different phones and different versions of the app.

Love it, easy enough to use being a senior. Helps me through any questions I have.

Basic functions have been good, but I have NOT been able to add a biller or change their address. I called twice about this. The advice I received is to remove the app and download AGAIN, which I did, but it didn't help. This has definitely been time consuming on many occasions. Bank of TN, I've loved you -but this glitch needs to be fixed please!
