I don't think I've ever not had an issue with this app. Login issues, transaction issues, transfer issues, issues galore. What made me write my review today is I got a new phone and went to go login to the app. I entered the same username and password I entered every single day on my old phone, but it told me I was using the wrong username/password. So I decided to try to change the password and what do you know, can't do that either unless I want to wait on hold to talk to a rep. Garbage app.

App often displays pop-up messages that are sized incorrectly for mobile, with the button to close the pop-up off screen and unclickable

. the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. the bank changed the app and it takes more memory space. may we never get hacked.
