I have always loved FCSB. Been with them 10 1/2 yrs and have always been happy with their service. But why in your latest app update do you need access to my contacts? That seems a bit nosy to me and I very very rarely give apps permission or keep apps that insist on intrusive permissions without an extremely good reason. I don't buy the excuse some apps give that it's to help you contact them. I can dial my own numbers tyvm. Just show me the number and I can copy and paste it into the dialer.

Always have had an excellent customer service experience. No matter what issue I've had, they have always found a solution or an alternative. The customer service representatives are eager to help, and I would recommend this bank to anyone. The only negative to having this bank account is loading securilock equip app and it's not compatible with certain phones/devices
