I have used this app for several years and it has been a giant help. The improvements over time have been exceptional as well. Thank you for such an essential, useful tool. It would be even better if there were a more user-friendly bill-paying part to the app. There are some very good 3rd party apps that do this service but I would much rather use my banking app for this feature, especially in this security-minded time. All said, it is a great app to manage your finances and banking.

This is the worst bank app I have ever seen. I have been try to set up and external account to pay my bill. First off, it's complicated to find in the app where to do that. The app is messy. Once I finally found it, it takes 3 days to verify! I got the drops in my external account to verify and when. I enter the amounts in the first financial app they did not accept it. I might be late on my payment because I have to prove my external account exists and yet they won't approve it.

This used to be a great app. Deposits were no problem at all. Now deposits rarely work. They cone back with errors like "Front of check must be signed" and of course there is a clear signature in on the check and in the photo. There is an option to deposit the check anyway but there is no notification from first financial is the check is rejected. There are other annoying idiosyncrasies, but overlookable. I just found the earlier version to be much more stable, accurate with an ease of use.
