A fairly clean design. Granted, it isn't a native app--it's a web container displaying the regular website app formatted for mobile, so it still has the interaction/feel of a web app. But the lag (for me) is consistently just 1-2 seconds per click, which is perfectly acceptable. The upside to this is that you basically get all the functionality of the regular website app, with the same menu/flow, making things consistent. The mobile deposit worked fine for me (you need to be signed-up for mobile deposits via website app BEFORE using the mobile app) and it even keeps copies of the check's front/back images in the transaction history, which my other bank doesn't do, so that was a nice "extra" for me. I've only used this app on a phone, though--not on a tablet.
Disappointed I'm not able to deposit checks via the mobile app, and to pay my credit card it just takes me to a browser window anyway. I ought to just use my computer for all of the convenience. I wouldn't recommend this app until you can at least deposit checks with it!
To enable mobile deposit do this On the main website, go to Settings, Mobile Deposit Enrollment and check the box. Then, relogin on phone. Otherwise app tells you to login to app when depositing, and keeps the above instructions secret. Poor quality coding job!
New version is horrible The upgrade that was made a few weeks ago made this app ridiculously slow and clunky. The buttons don't respond and when you click on one of your accounts to see the transactions it takes minutes for them to load. So annoying, prefer the old version personally.
Slow, and won't allow mobile deposit Slow and hard to use. Unresponsive. When I finally got it to click the Mobile Deposit feature, it failed: says to log in. Duh, you stupid app, I'm already logged in. Save your time; drive to a branch.
Slow and unresponsive This has got to be one of the slowest apps I've ever used. Anything requiring server response send to take about a minute to responds with no indication of processing. Really needs to improve the speed of the app in accessing data for this to be a meaningful tool.
