I like how you are able to add an external account so if you have a loan, you can easily transfer money. App is easy to use and can navigate through it with ease

Too complicated to make payments in your accounts took the credit union forever to get my account set up to make payments it's just overly complicated when other banking apps are simple this one is not simple and it's sad how much they charge for a fee to make over the phone payments not everyone wants to use apps and technology. Everything about sooper credit union is overly complicated and ridiculous and their bankers are no help with refinancing either no returned calls and can't reach in per
