Mobile deposit does not work! I took a million GOOD pics of a check it still does not take it. It says to rotate check it does not say what view to rotate the front or back? So I'm doing both each time it says rotate and retake still does not accept it. Waste of time!!
Ugh This app is the worst banking app I have ever used. It almost makes me want to move my money. You can't log in when you need to. They really need to pull this app until they can fix the problem.
Southside bank This app sucks. Can't log In once I open the app. I have been all over the place to try to fix the problem and no one seems to know what to do or how to fix the problem.
Won't let me enroll in mobile deposits Not sure if it's a problem with the app or the people at the bank, but the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place was for mobile deposits. I've clicked the enroll button three times over the past month and still nothing.
Amazing! Works great, and it's so incredibly convenient. It's safe and secured and easy to use. Of course, you have to go to the bank to set up the online banking and to get a username, but after that it's a breeze.
