Can't log in. Was a good app until the newest update now all it does is load and won't log in. You need to fix this. I hate this new update, keeps saying my connection is weak which is not true especially when I'm connected to my Wi-Fi. It's not my phone I have an S10, plus the app worked great until I did the update. 😡😡

A week ago the app stopped loading for me 90% of the time. I have tried with wifi and with 4g. It says it's taking longer than normal and to keep waiting. Finally it will usually tell me there is a network error or internet strength too weak. It's not my internet and I never had this issue until your last update. Please fix this asap!

from about two updates ago, this app has been nothing but troublesome. it is hit or miss as to whether you can actually access your account, and you have a 40% chance that what you try to do in your account works, if you can access it. I'm extremely disappointed as it has worked very well for years, but only recently has it been inaccessible. 1 star because I can never actually use the darn thing.
