We had great experience with this app until this January. Now whenever we try to do a mobile deposit the camera has a dark filter that comes over it and it's too dark to capture the image. This is for both my phone and my husband's phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It allowed me to capture one check and then went to the dark filter again. Incredibly disappointing to not be able to access a feature we used often.

Horrible bank! Unless you are very wealthy stay away! They love to run funds pending overdraft scams and this app help perpetrate the lies! Do not use this app or this Bank!!! If you like disappearing money and need a separate book keeping to keep up with what truly is left in your account then this crooked bank is for you!!!

It only works half the time for me. Too many menu options makes it confusing to navigate. Currently, it will not let me log in even though my fingerprint and password is correct. It wasn't reporting how much money I had used on it either so I had no idea how much was left to use on the card.
