I always find myself searching for a chart or something on Google almost every other day. Pocket Welder Helper has a lot of that here. A majority of the app's functions work without an internet connection, so you can use it anywhere.
The app is only available in the United States and Canada, because the measurements are imperial. Metric measurements are coming soon, in a later update.
