Ratings and reviews

Terrible app, the kids quesadillas won't even place your order because you didn't pick a "protein option" when it wasn't even provided. The app lost the points placed for nachos and didn't even place the order in the ticket. The place in basket option just deletes your progress, you have to select Pay Now and then swipe down to Add More. There isn't even a craft two option. It's easier to go in the stores, plus the employees are nice, the only benefit is you don't have to get out of your car.

This app NEVER works! The QR code never appears in the app and you can't view your rewards number either. So at the store you can never redeem rewards or earn points, because you cant enter a phone number to look up your rewards acct. Then when you try to enter the receipt code after the fact, that option doesnt work either in the app either. What is the point of having an app if it never works?! Seriously the MOST FRUSTRATING piece of trash app.

There's an annoying bug with the app when I try to add an item to my cart but it doesn't let me. I'll press the Add to Cart or Order now button under the item and it'll reset and take me to the beginning of the order page. Incredibly annoying and frustrating. Forces me to order from another service. Fix it now!
