The idea and design is great. However, at least once/twice a week I can't get the light to turn on. I then have to fidget with all the settings and tests to try and get the light to turn on. This most recent incident took days to get the light on. I've already ordered a product from a different company. The unreliability is unacceptable for my pet's health. Edit: Months later and this is still a pain. 1/5 stars until they can make this more consistent.

Its okay, the apps still has some bugs in the system. I have to close the app and go back into to when it doesn't connect to the LED lights or UVB. Trying to re scan to reconnect doesn't always work for me as do pretty much every one else on here. For the most part its working as it should be with the on/off timers.. hoping for better updates In the future.

Does not turn off on the timer. I have reset it multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Internal timer seems to be 2 hours off when it does work properly, cannot seem to find a fix for this. If you lose power, you will also lose all your settings and have to rebuild your customized timers. Simply my worst investment in 7 years.
