Connected once. Saw an update of some sort. Was never able to connect again to update. Other than that, the dashcam itself works great. But, I can't give more than one star. Like others, I can't connect. So what's the point. Luckily I'm tech savvy and have other ways to download the videos easily. I have an SD card reader that plugs into my phone directly, or my laptop. So I can just take out the SD card and plug it in the adapter, and then download the videos. Hopefully they will fix this app

It's good but the developers don't seem to listen to customers. Works well but was hoping with the parking monitor set, you would have a timer when you want it to start. The reason for this is when you shut your car door, it activates emergency recording.. So you always have an emergency recording to see. Very annoying. At least with a timer it would give you time to close the car door and lock. Then it can record from the timer you set it to start.

Hardware is awesome. Original app in Chinese had the ability to view rear camera live and connect when car is turned off. While updated app is now in English those features are removed. Easier to connect since phone verification is removed. Looking forward to updates. May give 4 or 5 stars if connection while vehicle off is restored. Overall great device. If your app is not in English when updated then remove and reinstall.
