Consistently good experiences For all appointments that I have had for doctors in Manipal hospital, it has worked like a charm... Consistently. Thank you for making it so easy! Only once I had booked an appointment with a private clinic, and they had no clue.. Thankfully I called them to check if the doctor was available, ( since I did not get any notification or reminder our call... ) and realized that they did not have tie up with quikwell anymore. I guess, it was a one off case. Overall a very very useful app!!
Easy to use app, but unreliable The app is easy to use, convenient, provides reminders etc. But the doctor ratings are not reliable and the appointment timings are not always right. Though they send a reassuring message that the appointment is confirmed and they will pay Rs. 1000 if doctor doesn't honor, this isn't true. Most times you end up waiting at the doctor's clinic even after confirmed appointment times. Sometimes clinic itself is closed at appointment time and Quikwel helpline is not easily reachable. They don't respond to emails
Multiple appointment booking not possible. I just tried to book two consecutive appointments on the same day, one for my son and one for my daughter. But, I was unable to book the second appointment because the app prevented me from booking two appointments on the same day from the same mobile number. The helpdesk said that the same mobile number cannot have two appointments on the same day, and that I need to use another cell number. Now, that is absolutely silly. Does Qikwell operate on the logic that there will only be one child in the family?
Dumb app Nothing as described. Still they make you to wait in que. The allotted slot timing by the app means nothing to the hospital. This app has no communication with the hospital staff. You will have to end up spending the whole day in the hospital. The major irritating part is that, the hospital allows booking appointments only through this app, which is a major failure.
Very worste app I had an appointment with doctor @12:51 got confirmed and token is 38. And reached hospital 20 mints before but doctor is not there to attend patients. Doctor came late and 1st token started at 1:00 clock no message is came abt late. Quick well team is not aware until I gave the complaint. When I checked with support team& informed me it is not there responsibility. All patients were waiting in the hospital because of delay. Quick well team is not followed up with the hospital. Very bad experience with app
Two appointments not possible Hi, I cannot book two appointments in single application for my 2kids. I have to book in different phone number. And also I get two different slots which makes very difficult to meet the doctor. Today I got app at 12.55 and 3.22, where in I chkd in at 3.15 in hospital, but staff made me wait till she finish rest all the appointment (she sent 3patients who came after me). Bcoz I missed 12.55 app and has changed to walk-in patient. So what happened to my 3.22 slot? Even if we r early staff make us wait.
