Ratings and reviews

Good but needs work. Number one: this needs notification settings. There's no reason for an app like this to not allow you to set notifications for when you reach a certain point in the queue or a certain amount of time left (either or, both, etc.). Without that I have to constantly keep eyeballing it, and I can't just go and do something else while I wait. Also, it's extremely slow and sluggish to deal with.

Great idea, but the countdown doesn't account for human error (which is impossible, I know). I had two minutes to go for eighteen minutes, which got bumped to eight minutes for the next half hour. Addresses aren't up to date, or verified for accuracy, because it placed my DMV at a local storage unit when I used the app to guide me to my appointment.

I use to be able to make appointments, now the app just says no appointments available no matter what I do. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the cache and information and nothing works. It's good to get into line but the convenience of setting appointments are gone, which makes the app practically useless. I'm using galaxy s10+ . I will raise it to 5 stars when I am once again able to make appointments.
