Ratings and reviews

Make it more user friendly please. I want to be able to see all the accounts under my name under 1 sign in. Business and personal checking. Also allow me to reuse the same password, it's super inconvientiant to keep thinking up new ones. It's ridiculous. It has to be simple. Also it'd be nice to have the chat option in the app, instead of having to go to the website for customer service.

It's very sensitive and it is hit or miss whether it will actually like the check you are trying to deposit. Very frustrating to have a clear and perfect picture of the check only for them to tell me the amount doesn't match what I put in or that since you tried to deposit it a few times without them accepting it , there is an error and they can't deposit it. I would give it one star for this, but there have been times it worked so I gave it 2 stars

Absolute junk, there is literally nowhere in the app, the website, or even on a statement to get your checking account number. Kind of need this info to sign up for direct deposit and other things. Horrible experience.
