Ratings and reviews

This app really helps you be more mindful of your usage. I especially like how it doesn't flat out block distracting apps automatically. It asks you how long you want to spend in the app. When blocking all access to apps, I get annoyed and close them out. This app helps rebuild the balance of screen time, but still lets it be a phone.

love it, but I have the option to automatically open my keyboard when looking at all apps and I noticed the keyboard blocks off some of the last apps in the list. with this option on, there should be an adjustment to scroll and show the last apps higher up on the screen. please fix!

I was very skeptical about this, but it instantly halved the time I spend on my phone and even recontextualized my phone when I take it off (so it's like rehab). I have to take it off sometimes when I am traveling and need to find stuff "habitually", but it's really a very boring launcher. the app features like timers and blockers work even if you don't have the launcher running on the whole phone. I feel funny about paying for something so ugly and boring but that's what I needed.
