The GFL Environmental USA (GFL-USA) mobile app makes it easy for you to submit and track your requests for service, manage your accounts or view local information from your mobile device. Avoid lengthy phone calls, submit pictures, receive updates and service delivery in real-time.

Additionally, use your address to instantly lookup your service days, and solid waste procedures for your local community. You can also log in or register to manage your account, billing, and services. Community residents can opt-in and receive rewards for recycling and join us in being “Green for Life USA.”

The app is useless. The UX is terrible. As an example it forces you to use a map to select your address to make a service request rather that use the address info you have for you account. On top of that the address information on the map is not correct. I wasn't able to get the location to bring up my address regardless of how far I zoomed in on the map. The locations that were coming up had the wrong address. That is just one example. No help/FAQ of any kind, nowhere to schedule bulk pick up.

The app is apparently either not complete and ready for full operation per the description provided or they changed their mind on some of the functions and need to update the description. I personally only wanted the app for payment and account management. I haven't seen any of that outside of name and address type stuff. Maybe there is a process that has to be completed to link an account?? So far, it is easier to go to the WM website.

Recycling was not picked up on the day it was supposed to. Called and spoke with someone and he said he would call back. Never received a call back and they never came to get the recycling. So now it's overflowing and I'm debating on switching companies. Red Creek made a mistake with letting them get bought out!
