In addition to the ability to submit a variety of service requests to any department, this resident-centric application also provides easy access to the city’s most popular programs and services including the bulk trash schedule, utility billing, recreation classes, library events, and frequently asked questions.

The easy to use service request function can be used to report a variety of issues such as graffiti, potholes, damaged sidewalks/signs, code compliance, street light outages, parks maintenance and more. No more trying to figure out where to call, requests will automatically be routed to the correct department and best of all, you can opt-in to receive automatic status updates by email, text message, or automated calls. Their app is very confusing. If you want to see if your payment was made, they change how to find it every month. It takes forever to look for it. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PHONE NUMBER, THEY DECEIVE THEY WILL NOT SHARE IT. I'VE HAD TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER FIVE TIMES BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONLY GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT LIED OVER SEVERAL MONTHS. I had many (dozens of unknown scammers) liars calling me to share and buy something. They also allow Covid employees without masks conduct business with clients.

Website in app form. The text on the upper right is cut off, you have to scroll side to side to view the page in it's entirety. I prefer paying on a computer because this app is exactly like the website but crammed in.

Where Utility Assistance is concerned It is difficult enough to have to ask for assistance of any type. CAP of Glendale when Calling they make you jump thru hoops to get a response .Now that it's done on line I requested August 3rd utility assist. with no response except to send paperwork needed did that. Today Aug 25th I sent asking what is happening And they send a response That They acknowledge request 10 days after. It's been 20 days. CAP office needs training in Public Assistance .
