iRoanoke is a new mobile application offered by the City of Roanoke, VA that provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to City staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to report concerns such as potholes, missed trash collections, street hazards, illegal dumping, hazardous spills, and a host of other issues. It enables you to pinpoint the issue location with GPS, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens may also view local attractions through Yelp (an on-line urban guide), review City news and events, link directly to the City’s Facebook page and Twitter feed, and view information from the City’s website.

Almost! Needs a miscellaneous section and it would be so much better. Also contact information to call the city directly when you can't find something.
