About this app

Manatee 311 is the official app for Manatee County Government information and services. Use the app to:
• Report non-emergency issues like potholes, broken street lights, graffiti, abandoned vehicles and more. You can even add photos and your GPS location to your request.
• Pay your utility bill online.
• (Sign up for reminders for your trash and recycling days.)
• Look up information like your evacuation level, commission district, polling site, flood zone, nearest emergency shelter, bus stop, hospital, local schools and more.
• Explore things to do around Manatee County, including parks, preserves, beaches, boat ramps, golf courses, libraries, community centers and historical sites.
Create a user account and you’ll be able to log in and review the status of all your requests as staff work on the issue.

I shouldn't really be rating the app so much as when I call and use Mannie. T 311.. Where should I just have saved in my phone anyway.. Call anne and get an operator and answer your question boom Love that.. Dispose I should use the app more instead of just calling heh.. Also you call and actually figure out where the buses are!

No better that their website. App looks like it was designed by an amateur. You would think, with all the money the local government collects from the people, that they would be able to direct some of it to create a user-friendly app, like millions of other services do, on smaller budgets.

Nice to have a local app for info and if you have questions. I asked a question and had an answer before the end of that same day. Easy to use and informative.
