About this app

Connect with your County all from the convenience of your cell phone. MyBroward makes it easy to ask a question, request a service or report non-emergency issues. Just open the app and select a category. To report an issue, simply drop a marker on the map where you notice a concern and answer a few questions to help us understand the issue. You can even send us a picture! We will get to work on your request, and let you know when the issue is resolved. You can also use the app to receive status updates and resolution information.

Ratings and reviews

You can only report limited stuff using this app. If a report is not listed and you use the "General Inquiries" tab to report something (i.e: street sweeping, traffic signals, road repairs, etc.) you just get a response telling you to contact the department directly. Or you just get a copy and pasted message from the departments "about us" page on the website. This app should have all the options that a citizen can report and show the progress/updates on the report.

Great Transportation system that works for me.....

Most of my reports get closed without any explanation. Was the business spoken to? Fines or penalty issued?
