Ratings and reviews

Site has a calendar to show you what days your pickup is for trash but it's not really a calendar you can't find out using this app you have to put in a request under other to find out so why bother putting a calendar up if you're not actually going to show the days your pickup is it's ridiculous.

Well that didn't work at all. Website is a failure, I guess I should have expected the app to be one too. Couldn't login without creating another account. All couldn't take a picture despite giving access to the camera. All it was able to do was tell me when my trash and recycling is supposed to be picked up. That was either incorrect too or the truck is always a day or two behind schedule. I swear the government runs the DMV better than this trash company.

I am a very upset polk county tax paying resident. I have been trying to get a recycling trash bin for my residence but it is been impossible. I send a request back in July 5th then I called and talked to customer service and still waiting. I send another request on Aug 10 and the request was close because it was scheduled for delivery. Today is Aug 20th and I'm still waiting. This is very upsetting at this point. I just want to recycle and help!
