I can't close the side menu. The app hasn't crashed -- I can select different menu options, and see the main view change -- I just can't get the side menu to go away. I did succeed in submitting some reports -- though it's hard to find the right category sometimes, e.g. non-traffic utility poles are nested under "Street lights & traffic signals". There should be "other" subcategories.

App is slow, very out of date and often non-functional. Really wish the vendor would update the app so that there was a better experience. I'm sure it would help the city be more data driven if the app functioned better. On modern phones it shouldn't take 3 minutes to open the photo picker (I have timed it on a Pixel 6 Pro)

Slow and broken. Can't add photos, the app crashes. Seems like this app is no longer supported. I'll start using the website. SeeClickFix is vastly superior.
