Crashes everytime when tapping on tickets to view. Mobile is a huge deal for me. So until it's fixed, it's pretty useless. Hope this app gets some TLC it needs soon Update: seems the crashing bug is fixed. All seems to work fine. UI looks a little outdated a more modern look would be great.

This app is literally unusable. No canned messages, it rings 30 mins after the chat comes through and it does this regardless if the app is running or even logged into. I have force stopped and it still does it. And it has notifications you can't clear even after the issue is resolved. This is an absolute joke from a company that has one purpose. You need to hire some real devs because the ones you have now are clearly not capable.

Multiple problems just to login. Starting the app doesn't always make agent available. Features are very limited. UI is badly designed, I had to contact support to work out how to use it. For context, I'm a software developer. Support was good but still a poor experience.
