QRPM App is a secure mobile application designed for patients to access their health information and stay connected with their healthcare providers.

Patients are onboarded by their healthcare organization through a secure web portal, and login credentials are provided directly to them. Once logged in, patients can easily view their personal health data and interact with their care team.
