Well, I was in a bind since my new frame just wasn't magnet mounting friendly (adapter BB + big PF carbon shell left no where to put it in range), come to find out, there's a firmware update that allows it to work without the cadence magnet now, so I look into installing it. 5 minutes later the app's installed and while I did have to enter in the ID manually (auto detect didn't work, not sure why) it worked fine after that and took all of 45 seconds to update to the latest version. Calibrated, good to go. All of this done using Samsung S6 Edge+, with internal ANT+ radio, no dongle needed. Great Job SRAM on this one, work out the auto-detect bug and it'd be 5 stars.
5 Perfect with Galaxy S4. Firmware update was fast and easy on my Quarq SRAM Red. All other functionalities work well.
Put the battery in my new quarq, connected with the app and updated to the latest firmware. Easy to use and useful!
Odd quarq When you press"search for powermeter"the program turns of Wi-Fi
Shuts of WiFI During Search on Galaxy S5 I have a Galaxy S5 and every time I click "Search for Power Meter" the WiFi logo turns off in the status bar and I get a "Connected to Wi-Fi network xxxxxxxx" shortly thereafter. All seems to work fine, but the booting of the device off the WiFi seems like a bug.
Awesome Love this for my Quarq. Keep up the good work on Android support.
