Ratings and reviews

App is very laggy to the point of being unusable The drop down menus (order valid until, dates for option expiry) work about 5% of the time. Options chains don't load after 2-3 minutes of waiting. Getting a price quote takes 30-45 seconds. I've use 5G cell data and Wi-Fi, both with speeds above 30mbps, and it's still terrible.

This and the other Questrade app both struggle to provide an intuitive user experience. Even with recent changes, it's been difficult to find what you're looking for. Now this app doesn't even appear to display a history of transactions (like dividend issues). I don't like complaining—I really just want to see Questrade succeed, but to do that, we need the usual things we're looking for and looking to do in predictable places.

Guys. I can't get past the splash screen. This has happened before on other versions. I have the most updated version, but it hangs at the splash screen. So does the QuestMobile app. ** UPDATE - I restarted my phone, and it loads up now. The app overall is pretty decent. No real complaints. Mind you Questrade is not the best platform for options trading. It's definitely passable though. I like that I can more easily see the options chain.
