Ratings and reviews

Slow like you'd never imagine. It constantly fails to unlock the door, frequently needs updates, and often only restarting the app will make it work. It is an extremely slow process for the app to connect and then unlock the door. Maybe AI can help with this app code.

Doesn't let me login to the app or reset my password or chat with customer support, I haven't been able to lock or unlock my door, what a safety hazard.

App sucks! Can't get support, frequently errors and slow as fk! I'm off late from work and locked out of my place because the keyboard monkey devs pumped out a shtty app. GFYS
