Ratings and reviews

If I try to log in to the app, it gets stuck on the screen to upload my documentation, as I have already done. (Alternately, if I log in to the website it gets stuck at the same location, yet everything shows as already uploaded). Have contacted text customer service a few times and they eventually stopped replying. I tried the customer service email and they won't answer.

App does not send text message to phone number when attempting to sign up.

Constant looping. I can't even get on and when I do it kicks me back out.
