Forgot to turn it off after half an our of parking and end up paying for 8 hours. The app does not offer remiders that the time is still running. Contacted customer service. After more than a week, they responded that they only collect the money as a middle person and can't give me refund. And if you want to have reminders or alerts that, eg, your car moved, you have to pay $3 a month on top of the fee the charge you ever time you use their service! Thank you City of Wilkes-Barre!

BEWARE of subscription popup while trying to pay for parking. (It has a monthly fee) The app will apparently only notify you that a meter is running out etc if you subscribe to the service which in my case costs more than the maximum charge on the meter. The cancellation has issues and they claim they can't refund if you mistakenly click on the pop up, which to me looked like a confirmation that I parked.
