great stories, but app needs work. It frequently crashes, I've been unable to remove downloads after listening to free up space. app crashes at least twice when opened, and does so when I try to use certain other features. the stories are great, and beautifully voiced, so for tech to be letting down art is disappointing. hoping the developers will identify and fix the issues soon, so the app can live up to its potential. Edit some months later: still no improvement. still cannot delete downloads

I looked into this app from a FB advert. I like to support underdog apps and review them to the rest of my subscribers. The books were locked. You had to buy the subscription to access. I googled, as we all do, if they offered a refund and it came up with yes, 30 day money back guarantee. so I purchased. Unfortunately, compared to audible the narration is very poor & lack luster. I got bored and decided I wanted a refund and go back to audible. they refused my refund. Taken over £100. scam!

Stubborn Customer Service and Content Drought. Company does not notify prior to renewal or change in terms. In conversing with customer service after an uninformed renewal I was denied even a partial refund for an entire 12-month term. this company wants your money and then doesn't care about you. The content provided by the app is particularly biased and they do not provide a broad spectrum of material.
