Quip Sucks One of the primary reasons that many of us like Android is it is based on Linux and the open source ideals. As such, those of us who have been using the Linux operating system for years, expect to use applications writen for Android that can be utilized with the file formats we are accustomed to. An office suite written for Android should include the ability to edit open document format documents or odts. Quip can open the document but only by "importing" and all of the formatting is stripped from the document rendering it a useless app for those of us who avoid Windows and Windows apps like the plague. I have been using Linux since 1999 and have functioned just fine without Windows apps. I don't need just another Windows app for my Android devices.
PERFECT. Has everything you need to micro-manage your life.
Crashes on Android N preview 3 I love Android N P3 but I can't live without Quip neither. Help me lol~
Fun and useful
Worked great like a dozen updates ago Used to work really well, quite a few updates later and now all my docs are blank, even new ones I create. At first it was just double names showing up when I tagged someone to an item, and now everything's blank, as in all I see is a white screen and the nav arrows on the bottom of my screen. Sigh...please fix.
