The app and the hub 2 are great when they work. But the lag over wi-fi is unbearable at times - taking as much as 20 seconds for processing any command. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. Works fine over cellular data. Hope they fix this soon. Would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for this.
Still haven't fixed the lights delayed response when on Wi-Fi. I've deleted/reinstalled app countless times but problem always come back. Fine on mobile data.
After installing it locks screen with message stating cannot communicate with hub upon after getting past Android lock screen. Will not allow any user input until timeout of 30 seconds. Cannot even answer phone calls.
What's with the clocking and sluggishness to control devices when on WiFi? If I disconnect from my WiFi, I get no clocking in the app and great responsiveness of my devices. On WiFi? Spinning circle, up to a minute for devices to respond to commands. This is new behavior for me, what gives?
Stops working and needs to be reinstalled often. About a week to get answer from support team by email (still crashing, tho). Missing home screen toggle potion for lights.
It would be great if you could add support for Nest's new Nest Guard, and Nest Detect. They have motion detection. Their sensors should be able to trigger Wink robots. PLEASE make this possible! I beg of you! Thanks.
