Works great...waited to fully purchase until all the bugs were worked out and now wink rocks any other platform including smart things. The hub2, relay are awesome and all the smart products integrate quite well. Good job on alexa integration with locks. Now do the same with chamberlain garage doors and wink is really the best platform out there. Keep growing and making it better to stay ahead of the game. Wink will win the smart home wars.
So frustrating!!! Shuts off on its own, doesn't upgrade when it should, messes up my light programs and makes me reset them all too often. Customer service called me 2 weeks after I emailed them, and gave up because I wasn't able to talk while at work. Disappointing service.
So I'd love to understand why in the house, on the same Wi-Fi network as my hub, response times of actions are dog slow. Using cellular, a lot better, but in-house Wi-Fi access is horrible. And before anyone blames my wireless setup, it's enterprise-grade and rock solid. Also, the voice control stopped working like a year ago, and never seemed to work again. I'm hoping that means Google Home integration has taken priority, and I'm ok with that. 😀
3/19/2017: Has anybody tested the trigger notification on the cell phone when all 20 lights in the whole house are turned off in a group. It seems like there is a defect in the application where if you have on and off notification triggers and either turn all in a group together on or off, it fires incorrect triggers, i see that when i turn all lights on, i get same lights turned off notications as well, this application needs to be tested thoroughly, bunch of issues. Lots of work needs to be done. Once they have integration with more products i may think of buying it again, until then need to wait. Also the app takes a long time to connect to the hub when you open it on the phone. Like you have to wait for 3 minutes before you can turn the switch on. What's the point.
terribly slow and poor fumctionaliity. having to reset the hub several times. regretting the money dumped into the wink relay and hub2. no windows app is disappointing. the android phone app works differently than for the google os. amateur
Slow as f.. especially compared to the iOS app. They obviously prioritize development for Apple. Takes minutes for it to actually activate lights, I've done all the usual things, delete the data, delete cache, uninstall, reinstall. Didn't make a difference. The best thing this app does is the spinning animation since that's all you see for minutes on end...
