Many features simply don't work. I bought the subscription, figured a community would be good. Though it turns out I can't reply to posts (as soon as I click send, the message disappears), along with a few other minor features that don't work. When I click the "contact us" button, nothing happens. Better yet, when I email them directly from the website, I get no response. I love the idea behind the app, but there's no point in getting it until they fix these bugs.

honestly, just bad at what it's supposed to be. legit over half of the interface is empty because it has missing parts. Let's start with the "take a pause before you relapse" thing. have you ever thought that someone might be trying to get into the app to use it when they are tempted but after 143 seconds or staring at a screen with shooting starts you just go fall cause you can't get the help you were trying to get.

I just bought the membership, so far it seems like I would be 4-5 star if it was operating functionally. However, there is no where in the app to look at your subscription plan or anything; the contact us button doesn't work; the projected sober date says June 25 25 which is 2 months ago and some of the other features don't seem to be working and I've noticed all that so far with spending under 5 mins in the app. also can't login w/ multiple devices. dev team needs to clean it up
