I'm a longtime user of Quizlet. It was my favorite app years because of the Learn feature. However, the newer Learn feature has changed for the worse. The 'old' version of Learn would quiz you on a card you got wrong until you answer it correctly Twice. Additionally, you can't track your progress like before as you're going through the cards. With this newer Learn feature, I feel like I'm learning at a slower pace. Please bring back the old version of Learn! 🙏

It used to be a good study app before the latest update, now you can barely get one study session in before it stops you and harass you to pay if you want a good grade on an upcoming test or quiz. You can't do more than five rounds of studying without paying, so it's practically impossible to learn a set that's above ten flash cards. There's no point to using the free version anymore, which i think was their goal. Now you have to pay or replace quizlet.

If you're looking to pay, the Learn, Write, and Test modes are all great tools, especially for learning vocabulary. If you want a free study app, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, even the cross-platform feature does not make up for the continuing trend of locking old features behind a paywall. I wouldn't be so inclined to give a low review except that no notice has been given to me for these updates.

What's new

We’ve fixed some performance issues so studying should be even smoother.
You can still practice with Write and Spell. Find them under Options in Learn.
