Loyalty unrewarded Was a user that paid for Pro and used it in preference of the new free version. The underhanded "update" making Pro like the less desirable free version, while wiping out my previous settings just earned this app. an uninstall. I'll use a browser with my forums or find another app.

They finally update the Pro to be like the junk free version and broke everything. If you go to unread and pick a topic it goes to a completely unrelated thread so you back out and go back to the forum and it makes everything read. Time to turn off updates and download the previous version.

New version suck I was using old version for ages. One without million unusable features. Somehow it updated overnight to a "new" one which suck ass completely. Lost all passwords, all subscribed forums. It is almost like Microsoft with force update to Windows 10. But Win 10 was at least usable, this Pro version is not! Time to move to alternative software. Astalavista baby...

Got unusable When they tried this version of was still a lot more usable then the free version. In the last update, they have updated the pro version to something that is almost the same as the free version. But it's even more crippled. We were quite a few, that preferred top user this version, even if it never read updated, compared to the unusable free version.

PURE GARBAGE. this app is pure trash. I'm sick of all of these issues; don't any of you know how to correctly code? you're taking our money, make the app FUNCTIONAL! every single update gives "no topics" for all of my xda favorites. seriously? such trash. don't buy this app.

Good tool--used for many years But sometimes the difference between the the Tapatalk view and the browser view causes real content misunderstandings. I wish people's signatures showed up the same way as in a browser for instance. I also wish that forum links on web pages that open in Tapatalk were more accurate. Sometimes it will link to the appropriate post, but often it is not even close. However it is super convenient to have all my most useful forums so easy to access.

I just have a question? Is this app no longer being developed, because I paid for it and when I went to re-download it I couldn't find it, only the free version. I had to get it from my app history. Also the free version is more up to date, and just wondering what's up because it was not a cheap app at all. 2 stars because I don't know what's up with the status of the app. Will change if I get a response. ***Update*** I just answered my own question... Read in description. So what does this have that the free version does not?

It's best way to communicate in any forums I've come to use this app as the sole easy of communication in forum. It's easy and it's clean. I was a bit disappointed with not bring able to theme. But that just goes to show how much I enjoy using the app. None the less this is the only app you need. This is my goto app for any forms, I don't need to add more. Enuff said. Just gets better and better with every update.

Needs improvement I love this app, it really helps in interacting with several different forums in one convenient location. Having said so, I got consistent crashes when trying to upload pictures, needs fixing. Performance is also far from ideal, takes forever to load certain forums. Finally, a material design update is well overdue.

As much as developers want to whine about users who refuse to buy full version apps and make it necessary for them to add ads and in app purchases, this kind of double dipping makes users wonder what they're paying for when they "buy" apps. This is twice now Tapatalk has pulled this stunt. I bought the HD (tablet) version which was also retired and I will not be buying anything from Tapatalk ever again. I sincerely don't understand why companies break apps like this. Sticking with the older working version.

Very unhappy. So, Tapatalk Inc have abandoned their second paid app in under a year. Why are they allowed to do this with no repercussions? Who knows. They will never receive even a single penny from me again.

Be aware, do not update! The sneaky devs figured out a lot of old users didn't use their inferior user hostile version, so now they update the pro version 2-3 years later with the same destruction. To avoid updating just disable auto update for this app.

Really useful when working Sadly just reinstalled due to never ending force closing with latest update and lollipop on my nexus 7, previously was fantastic for my needs. Seems the only way to use it is to clear app cache every time before opening the app. Makes it a pain to use. Most likely lollipop causing issues previously was the Facebook app with similar problems.

Problems posting pics It's great new interface. But having issues when attaching pictures using inline method. Have to repeatedly tap "inline" and many times app crashes instead of posting the post. Fix this and I'll upgrade star rating to 5.

Notifications... are screwed up AGAIN!! I get notifications for ALL new topics- I don't want to be notified of ALL topics, JUST THE ONES I'M SUBSCRIBED TO! Notifications need more choices. The app isn't even worth the $.99 I paid for it. Seems like the devs had to lower the price to get beta testers- it's so buggy. What is your problem, developers?! What a joke this app has become!!! GET WITH THE PROGRAM!! Order of subscribed forums all screwed up after update 5/22/14. Thanks for screwing it up AGAIN!

Great app I use it daily to keep updated with the forums I frequent. My only complaint is the the occasional slow load times, even when on wifi, for threads and pictures. Make its performance equal to its capabilities and ease of use and I'll give it 5 stars.

Just horrible The app shows no improvement even after so many updates. The new update improved the not so smooth scrolling, but just compare it so something like Reddit Sync Pro and you will know how horrible is the scrolling in Tapatalk. I haven't seen any new features being added in quite some time. At least fix the experience with this app.

Downgraded to this older version The new app with its hideous interface is crap. I have reinstalled this version. It's simple and clean. Although it's a shame that you can't post pictures anymore and links don't work as well.

Still enjoying I started years ago with the free version of the app and went and paid for the upgraded version for more features and such. There were some rough spots when,they were changing version names and such and revamping the setup but they've seemed to have worked out many of the bugs so far. I prefer the pro version myself. I haven't experienced any critical faults or bugs on either version recently.

The blog doesn't tell how to get a refund Only 2 days before the refund deadline, I'm unable to login to Tapatalk pro or create new acct, cant browse/search new forums, website support impossible..Chrome says no data recieved, other browsers have same issue...APN error in app. Just found out about this retirement. Not even 30 days notice..not impressed.. HELP PLEASE

90% bad Never works anymore, constantly crashes and asks me to report the issue. I don't bother reporting problems anymore as they don't get fixed. Updates make more problems. Searching doesn't work, messages dont open, pics don't upload and much much more. Uninstalled, not worth the money
