I really love this app but the customer service only robot is responding no human agent and it took days for them to answer their emails even telegram they don't answer also my money has been held for 2 days now and this is making me to dislike the app

They are very terrible and inconsistent. they have been holding my money in my save wallet since 27th of August and refuse to allow me withdraw. they keep on given me excuses of them working on it but no atom of improvement to allow customers withdraw there money . There customer support Soo poor to reply messages fast . zero rating. allow people withdraw there money and get your good rating if not your company will keep bearing a bad name
