Ratings and reviews

Sends me notifications that my child has left home or left school when I can clearly see that they have not. Multiple times per day, sometimes even in the middle of the night. And I paid the higher price so I can see messages, but all I can see are his messages with me, no one else. Location isn't great either. on a different app I could watch them moving on the map in real time and see the exact route they took. this app seems to just have stationary locations. do better, esp for high price

Just finished my trial and am sad to say that I wasn't impressed. things were easily disabled on day 1. there several hours of lag when it comes to chrome and Google data. The app is very hard to navigate and confusing. I was going to get the basic until I do more trials to see what works, but the app won't allow me to choose how to pay. idk if monthly payments are available but if they are, you certainly can't do that through the app. so I tried the browser and everytim i log in the app opens

Glitchy! This app is awful! We have spent 3 days trying to get around all the glitches. I have two kids, and the app will only allow me to track one kids device saying the others need to be installed (despite it already being installed). If I uninstall both my app and the missing phones app, which is a loong and glitchy process with pop-ups that won't allow you to get around them, then I can track that kids phone but not the other! So many other problems, I can't write them all!!
